Our equipment is designed to be tough and reliable, but in the unlikely event of a breakdown, our dedicated customer care team are there to support you, when you meed it the most. BCF engineers are trained to exceptional standards and we have an unrivaled range of loan equipment to minimize your downtime.

We also provide annual service plans. Regular servicing means our team can identify any small technical issues before they become a major problem. Helping to prevent the risk of breakdown and disruption to your clients and practice.

  • My equipment is not working, what do I do now?

    If you have a problem with your imaging system, call our team on Tel: +1-800-210-9665. You may also find some useful information in our product support area of this site.

  • How do I arrange for my equipment to be sent to BCF for service or repair?

    If you call us on +1-800-210-9665, we will make all the arrangements for a courier to come and collect your equipment.

    We ask that you suitably package and label the box that you put the equipment into for transport. If your equipment is too large to transport, we will arrange for an engineer to come and visit you.

  • Can we arrange loan equipment, whilst ours is being serviced or repaired?

    Where possible we do try to provide loan equipment. There may be a small charge for loan equipment.

    You may also wish to consider a monthly Planned Maintenance Agreement, which makes it easier to guarantee you loan equipment.

  • Why should we service our imaging equipment?

    Vets and veterinary practices can create a harsh working environment for imaging equipment. Equipment can be used by a number of different people, constantly being moved from room to room, or even practice to stable.

    It is important to have your imaging equipment serviced annually.

  • What warranties do you provide?

    All new ultrasound equipment from BCF comes with a year’s warranty. 

    Unfortunately with the technology of batteries at the moment, we cannot guarantee the life span of batteries.

    However, the BCF Easi-Scan is available with a Lifetime Warranty.

  • How do I package equipment to be sent to BCF for service or repair?

    It is important for you to suitably package your equipment, so it is not damaged while being couriered back to the BCF.

    This means using a sufficiently strong cardboard box, that you can place material such as bubble wrap around the equipment to prevent any possible damage.
