We pride ourselves in supplying an efficient, effective support package to support our products. The environment in which these systems are used, are harsh for any piece of electronic equipment. Dirt, water and dust are always present and there is the obvious risk of accidental damage.
Our policy is to provide cost-effective repairs in a timely fashion. We can arrange for the collection and re-delivery of your system and if we find a fault that cannot be fixed in our same day repair service, we will arrange for an immediate dispatch of a loan system.

As well as four fully equipped service centres around the World, we have field based sales engineers in the UK, Ireland, Australasia, South Africa, Canada and the US who can offer you front line advice on the most effective use of your system. Systems can often be pre-programmed to maximise their practical use, to you the operator.
