Improving swan diagnosis
The Swan Sanctuary in Surrey has recently taken delivery of a CR500 computed radiography system from BCF. Melanie Beeson and Sally Goulden from the Sanctuary were delighted by the wonderful pledge from a financial donor to fund the CR500. This will enhance the Sanctuary's ability to care for swans in need of medical attention as the system provides speedy diagnosis with excellent image quality in less than a minute.
Melanie found the process from order to installation to be seamless and Sally said; "The CR500 software is easy to use even for people who don't use a computer on a regular basis. The training from the BCF Sales Engineer was very thorough and ensured we were proficient in a short time. There is always someone available to answer our questions when we need help".
The Swan Sanctuary has planning permission to open to the public in the future. For an interesting day out or to make a donation, find out more from the website http://www.swanuk.org.uk/
